All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of
delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is
produced.

You can specify a third party or gift recipient for your order. If your order is a gift, we need the recipient's contact
information in order to notify them when the order has shipped.

It is our goal to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. There are several factors that contribute to
when you will receive your order once it has been placed. Normally orders will be delivered to the store of your
choice within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Thursday will be shipped the following
Monday. Orders are processed in this manner to prevent your wine from sitting in an uncontrolled temperature
environment for an extended period of time. Your order will reach many destinations the following day.

During special sales, promotional events and periods of extreme weather conditions delivery times may be longer.

Freight is calculated at the end of the ordering process. Rates are based on the following formula:

1–3 bottles	$  5.00
4–6 bottles	$  7.50
7–12 bottles	$ 10.00
Additional quantities in six-bottle increments	+$ 4.50
For example, 13–18 bottles	$ 14.50
19–24 bottles	$ 19.00
Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to any PA Wine & Spirits
store in the state. The full amount of the transaction will be credited to your account for any product still being
sold in our stores. Simply bring your purchase to one of our stores along with your receipt within 90 days.
Shipping and packaging costs are not refundable unless the wrong item has been sent.

Although the online inventory is always being maintained and updated, there are certain situations that may
occur that are out of our control. Given the high-volume nature of our business and the finite availability of
some wines, please be aware that without notice there may be a vintage change or an out-of-stock situation
with any of the wines that you order. Should that happen, we will notify you by e-mail before your order is
processed.

terms. An adult signature and identification is required upon product delivery.
